Just before the corona virus started, for the first time employers began to recognize burnout in the world of work, a diagnosis - medical and psychological. Organizations started to pay more attention to how much they wear out their employees.

This feeling is complex and the balance incorporates additional factors that affect the employee. Stressful and meaningless work can be very abrasive, meaning in work and a sense of belonging can balance the feeling of being overwhelmed.
Work interfaces - working with colleagues and people in positive or negative work processes (and also negotiations) have a very large effect on the feeling of being overwhelmed
