status

Each position has a status, the status affects the employee's responsibility and ability to make decisions. Equally important, the status of the position defines the nature of the communication with the employee and the attitude towards that employee. Whether in front of other employees or in front of customers or other interfaces with whom the employee communicate with. For example, respect to a specialist doctor versus the respect of a clerk. This attitude fundamentally affects the evaluation of that employee and the form of communication with him.

Your status is not determined by where you stand, but by the value you bring to those around you

The status of certain positions is extremely problematic such as bus drivers, medical staff or postal workers whose work experience can sometimes be really explosive for verbal or physical violence these days.
