The design of the employee's physical work environment is related to ergonomics: the desk, the comfort of the chair, the computer, open space versus cubicles, the air conditioner's temperature, the amount of noise around and more. In the corona to the advantages of #working_from_home, many disadvantages were also discovered.
Digital allows us to work from anywhere using the computer and digital nomadism allows us to work with the computer from anywhere in the world and enjoy a rich life experience that is not in one place (for those who love it)
Improving the work environment in the office as a reinforcement of social processes
Sitting - the entire work environment has become in front of the computer - everyone sits all the time and this has very large health costs. Squatting has been defined as a global epidemic, it erodes the spine (and more) and we hope that with the introduction of the VR, MR and AR worlds, wearing the computer on the human body will allow us to work in diverse, ergonomic forms that are more adapted to the human body for the course of the day and over time
Important points to mention:
Getting to and from the workplace is on the employee's time, also moving to another city or trying to reduce traffic time will effect on the emploee and those are taking in calculation carfully in their time.
"A harmonious physical work environment is the canvas where productivity becomes a masterpiece."
