Unleashing Levels of Freedom: Navigating Personal and Professional Growth

A very general term related to psychology - basically how free you feel. Different roles differ in their degrees of freedom and people differ greatly in their internal degrees of freedom. To move between projects, between occupations, how much the employee is measured and the nature of management and the management style of the direct manager. In general, freedom can cause anxiety in some people, so it is important that the degrees of freedom of the position correspond to the desired level of freedom of the employee.

Different types of jobs and positions actually determine the employee's degrees of ````````````````````````````````` (if possible and to what extent) for example, a center - where everything is measured, compared to a teacher - a position with quite a lot of degrees of freedom - where you have the freedom to determine how you manage the class and the material being studied. There is an inter-generational gap between the younger generations who demand high degrees of freedom at work and managers who find it difficult to understand and adapt to managing employees in this way and therefore the employees work with a feeling of "micro-management"
