Job Security

Job security is the possibility and also the feeling that I will have a job, and I will be able to support myself from the salary with dignity. another way to see it is Ensuring stable and secure employment from the worker prespective and also the systems prespective (workplaces and govrenment).

Today's generation lives without job security and there is a constant fear that entire professions and industries will disappear due to technological developments and automation. My profession and its demand in the market and technological changes that may threaten the need for my profession.
