The ability to negotiate, to cooperate, the ability to act assertively, the ability to make decisions, to lead, creating empathy, and flexibility (you are welcome to chat about it, it's super interesting)

Jobs differ in the interpersonal skills required of them. Very variable from position to position. And people differ in their personal abilities and also in their personal desire to manifest these skills. How are you as a social animal and how are you in the social plane within the scope of work and how well you know how to bring out your personal and interpersonal qualities within the work. In working with many interface elements and people, there is a demand and expectation for developed interpersonal skills, the ability to share and motivate action to create relationships and maintain them.
