CorporaBehaviour Norms that have been created and are the basis of social behaviour in that workplace. It is a very researched and also very interesting term that we will not be able to describe it all (you are invited to read more) + but what’s important for us to say about organisational culture is - that upon entering a new place we must "read the map" to understand and learn these social nuances and adapt ourselves to the organisational culture of the company
The employee has to "read the map" and learn this unspoken organisational culture, it will be exposed and clear, and sometimes there is a gap between what is declared and what actually happens,
How much cooperation there is within the organisation, how much everyone is for each other and everyone is for each other
How much mentoring and apprenticeship are there and how regulated are these processes
The regulated human relations of society
The organisational culture includes the raising of cooperation between the employees, and reference to hierarchy, clothing, stories and myths, language (and a combination of languages) and the hidden layer that includes basic assumptions, values, norms of behaviour, and customs
Sometimes the corporate culture of the company is not positive (despite the external visibility) and this can affect the nature of communication with the work interfaces (the people they work with) which can be burdensome in the long term and the employee must ask whether the nature of the corporate culture is good and positive and strengthens me or not.
