A brief introduction
Something has happened to the world of work in recent decades. Companies in order to increase the profit line or to survive began to reduce the working conditions of the employees more and more. In addition to this, the world of work has become much more complex than before, adjudication processes (lawyers on behalf of the companies create (perfectly legal) contracts that protect the companies compared to the single employee who remains alone in the "array" in the face of such a complex and branched system and digitalization processes in which technology helps the work processes to be fast more but also monitors the quality of the work or the position of the employee and sometimes by a code that arbitrarily separates certain audiences from work or produces yes and no answers that sometimes things are much more complex.
